The Mediation Effect of Customer Satisfaction in Relationship between Product Quality and Service Quality towards Customer Loyalty In Fuzee Sushi

<p>Food and beverage industry in Indonesia has been growing constantly every year also contributed to manufacture economy growth both current the next following years. The important role of food is transparent through consistent contribution significant impact toward Gross Domestic Product startup businesses experiencing due population Indonesia. This study was made know effect product quality service towards customer loyalty Fuzee Sushi. There satisfaction as a mediator between loyalty. research aims on Sushi’ customers that bought more than once. An online questionnaire distributed entire sample used five points Likert scale measurement method. data are analyzed using Partial Least Square. result this showed positive relationship directly however, does not have mediated by findings purpose understand about quality, satisfaction, start-up business Indonesia.<strong></strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p>
